All orders are shipped from the state of California, USA. USPS First-Class Mail International is the cheapest shipping option available but these packages cannot be tracked or traced after we have mailed them. We will provide you with a Customs Declaration Number after the package was mailed which may help you to identify your shipment at your local post office in your country. Contact your local post office or Customs for more details. According to some of our international customers, some packages may take up to 30 days to be delivered. If you prefer to use USPS Priority Mail International instead and the option is not listed, please contact us for an updated quote on the shipping charges.

WE COMBINE SHIPPING. We may combine shipping and handling for multiple items based on weight. We will gladly give you an updated quote before your purchase. Contact us to provide the list of items you want to combine and the full address to get a shipping quote. If you purchase multiple items, please hold on your payment until you receive a consolidated invoice with the adjusted total amount. We will send you an invoice as soon as we can.


2. We ship in 1~3 business days upon receipt of your payment and most packages usually takes 7 to 14 business days to arrive at destination. IMPORTANT NOTE: Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government before the package can be cleared from Customs. You are fully responsible for any of these additional charges. Please contact your local post office and/or customs office to inquire about these charges before placing your order.

Import Duty & Sales Tax

1. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

2. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pickup the item - Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

2. After you won an auction or purchased an item(s) from us, you will have 4 days to be able to combine items for consolidated shipping. When you are ready to checkout, request a combined invoice from us so you may pay all you items in one combined single payment.

Doing it so will cause delays and your shipment may be sent in separate packages and you will not get the discounts for combined shipping & handling or any other promotional offers. RETURNSWe want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their item(s), no questions asked! If you are not happy with your item(s) for and reason, simply follow these 3 easy steps!

1. Send us Message via to get the return mailing address.

2. Write down "ETURN" clearly on the envelope or box and send the item(s) back to the address provided.

4. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your package.

RETURN LIMITATIONS
